There are a few options here to help you create a simple, printable invoice. You can create an invoice by filling in a web-based form in one of two ways.

"One Large Form": Every concieved variable is entered into this massive form. You type and type and type, until you come to the end and hit the preview button. View the sample.

"Modular Form": You enter your variables in chunks, and you get to see your personalized invoice created right before your very eyes! (okay, this isn't ready for prime-time...)

"Old School": Yes, the old ways still may be your favourite ways... The ugly colours; the kludgy calculations. Because I can, the old system is still in place.

Regardless of the method used to create your invoice, near the end, you'll be presented with a preview of your invoice to be. Don't be tempted to print the preview! The preview will help you:

  • Check your work for errors, spelling, grammar, address, etc.
  • See if the numbers add up.
  • Make sure that formatting is just what you expected.

In the end, what is created for you is a nicely formatted PDF file. PDF files are a very widely known and distributed file format. The invoices you create will "live" on this website's file system for about 3 days. The file names are unique random strings. It is suggested that you save down your PDF invoices to your local machine, rename them to your heart's content, then print, store, organize, email, and/or snail-mail your invoice, however you see fit.
